We are excited to announce that today we have reached a major milestone in the development of Edgewater Shores. The Stage 1 Deposited Plan (DP) has been registered with the NSW Land Registry Service.

Although it’s impossible to capture everything this beautiful coastal town has to offer in one and a half minutes, we’ve put together what we call “the essence” of the Edgewater Shores lifestyle.
The fences came down, the jumping castle went up, the face paint and the sold stickers were meticulously arranged. We also has some great local coffee and a tasty sausage sizzle thank you to the Hallidays Point Lions Club. Thank you to all our new residents and prospective buyers for attending out Open Day. Even with some rainy weather early on, the day was a huge success.

Centrepiece to this work has been the conservation of a significant fig tree in the south west corner of the development. Edgewater Shores, in conjunction with MidCoast Council, is delighted to announce that the iconic Moreton Bay fig tree standing proud on the coastal residential development Edgewater Shores, has been handed back to the community of Diamond Beach.
With a well earned break over Christmas the team was back at work in January.
Construction is progressing according to program with all the kerbing complete last week. We have included a few photos below taken on 4 February 2019 that illustrate how Edgewater Shores is really starting to take shape.
