Construction work has continued ahead of program throughout December. With final asphalt seal being laid in the final working week of the year. Stages 3 and 4 of Edgewater Shores are now almost complete with only the electrical infrastructure work and minor civil work left to complete early in 2020.
The roads and footpath to the beach access walkway and viewing platform are complete. If you want to inspect the beach access, please ensure you make an appointment as we will need to escort you through the construction site.

The road construction teams did a few long days leading up to the break to ensure the roads in Stages 3 and 4 were completely sealed prior to the work year ending. Good job!

The beach access walkway will take residents right to the sand of Diamond Beach. It meanders through the environmental conservation area that is currently being regenerated.
